Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the BataBOT beta service. By creating an account or using BataBOT, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Beta access

The first 100 eligible, verified accounts receive full beta functionality and improvements at no charge for one year from the date their beta place is awarded. A beta place is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked for abuse or breach of these terms.

Permitted use

You may use generated wishes for your own family, social, and professional occasions. Generated language is a drafting aid; you remain responsible for reviewing its suitability, accuracy, and effect before speaking or publishing it.

Confidential beta obligations

Unless BataBOT gives written permission, you must not share account access, redistribute non-public beta materials, publish screenshots of sensitive screens, reverse engineer protected service logic, bypass access or rate limits, or publicly disclose confidential beta features and datasets.

Your submissions

You retain responsibility for text and feedback you submit. You grant BataBOT permission to process them to provide the service and, after the stated approval threshold or administrator review, to use de-identified suggestions to improve its language dataset. Do not submit confidential information or content you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

The beta may change, pause, or contain errors. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated text is suitable for every cultural, religious, legal, or professional context.

Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse BataBOT, attempt unauthorized access, automate excessive requests, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully or to harass or deceive.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke access when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or secure the service. You may stop using BataBOT at any time and request account deletion.
