Privacy Policy

BataBOT helps people prepare culturally appropriate congratulatory speeches and wishes in Kazakh. This policy explains the limited information we use to provide and protect the beta service.

Information we collect

• When you continue with a one-time email sign-in link, Google Firebase Authentication verifies control of the email address. BataBOT receives your verified email, display name when available, and Firebase account identifier. No separate BataBOT password is required.
• When you continue with Google, we receive your verified email address, display name, and a provider-specific account identifier. We never receive your Google password.
• We store your account status, beta entitlement, acceptance of the current beta terms, and secure session records.
• We store requests you submit to the wish constructor, approved suggestions, and pilot feedback only as needed to operate and improve BataBOT.
• Security logs may include time, action type, browser information, and a one-way pseudonymous network-address hash used to detect abuse.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, provide the service, allocate the first 100 beta places, prevent abuse, investigate security events, answer support requests, and improve Kazakh-language quality. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Google user data

BataBOT requests only basic OpenID profile information: identity, verified email address, and display name. We use it only for account creation, sign-in, account display, security, and support. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or passwords.

Storage and security

Passwordless email sign-in links are handled by Google Firebase Authentication. BataBOT account and application data are processed on Cloudflare. Provider credentials, generation logic, datasets, and security controls remain server-side. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. We apply email verification, access controls, rate limits, individual revocation, and activity monitoring.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and security data while your beta account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security and legal purposes. Suggestions accepted into the language dataset may be kept without direct account identification. You may request access, correction, or deletion by following our data-deletion instructions or emailing developerteam905@gmail.com. We will verify the request before acting.

Sharing

We share information only with infrastructure providers needed to operate BataBOT, when required by law, or to protect users and the service. We do not authorize those providers to use BataBOT data for their own advertising.

Children and changes

BataBOT beta accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be dated here and, where appropriate, presented in the app.
