Data-deletion instructions

You may ask BataBOT to delete an account created through direct email registration or Google sign-in.

How to request deletion

1. Email developerteam905@gmail.com from the same email address used for your BataBOT account.
2. Use the subject “BataBOT data-deletion request”.
3. State whether you want the entire account deleted or only optional feedback and suggestions removed.

Verification and completion

We verify that the requester controls the account before deleting data. After verification, we delete the BataBOT account, linked identity record, Firebase email/password identity when applicable, sessions, beta entitlement, and directly associated activity records. De-identified suggestions already accepted into the language dataset may be retained without account identification. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm completion by email.

Disconnecting Google

If you used Google sign-in, you may also remove BataBOT from your Google Account connections. Disconnecting Google stops future sign-in but does not itself delete BataBOT’s stored account record; use the steps above for deletion.
